Brent has been teaching for over a decade, and has taught acting, improv, voice acting and playwriting to students all over Canada. He is currently a member of the teaching faculty of Tighrope Impro Theatre, where he teaches all levels of improv, as well serving as the lead instructor for the Improv for Brain Wellness Program (in partnership with BC Brain Health). He is also an instructor at Vancouver Film School, where he teaches improv to the Essentials Program.
Other teaching experience includes being a member of the teaching staff at Instant Theatre, teaching through the Young Actors Project to grades K-8 all over the Lower Mainland, teaching through the South Vancouver Youth Program and a variety of private workshops and one-on-one coaching.
